📦 When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number within 1–3 days of shipment.

We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary based on your location. On average, shipping takes 7–14 business days. Some regions may experience minor delays due to customs or courier operations.


🛑 Can I Cancel My Order?

We offer order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we’re unable to make changes. We appreciate your understanding as we work quickly to fulfill every order.


🔁 What Is Your Return Policy?

We want you to love what you wear. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our customer care team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions or a replacement.

Returns must be pre-approved — returns sent without authorization may be declined.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
