SHIPPING FEES
Free Standard Shipping: $149+DELIVERY TIME
- All orders require 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday) to process before shipping.
- Orders are handmade and made-to-order to ensure premium quality. In rare cases, additional time may be required to source materials.
- Shipping Time: Depends on the country of delivery destination.

📬 P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS and DHL.
Deliveries may take slightly longer for these addresses.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Orders

First, check with your local courier or neighbors.

Incorrect or Damaged Items?
Please send an email with your order number, photos of the item, and product tag code to support@alcosy.com.
We’ll resolve it with either a replacement or refund.
Please note: Slight irregularities such as loose threads, minor color variation due to screen differences, or print placements are part of the handcrafted process and not considered defects.
