How do I register and why?

You can purchase directly without registration as a guest but you will be able to save multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders and more by creating an account with Aclosy.

How can I place an order?

The quickest and easiest way to order from us is via our website. Enjoy shopping 

  1. Choose items you want to purchase, select your sizes, the quantity you want and click on the ' ADD TO CART ' button.
  2. Click the add or remove item from cart.
  3. Review the items in your Bag by clicking the shopping bag icon on the top right
  4. Click “ Securely Checkout ” to complete your payment

Once your payment is successfully received, you will get a confirmation E-mail from Aclosy.

How can I track my order?

To check the status of your order, click on “My Account” and then 'My Order'. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping E-mail including tracking number to the E-mail associated with your account. Track your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Yes, possibly you can but you need to do it before we process your order ( 12 Hours )Usually we quickly process and dispatch your package from our warehouse. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to edit your order or cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account)

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we do world wide Shipping,

your package will be reach your place quickly in this world where ever the logistics and post office service available on but please check your country rates on our checkout page were its processed by Logistics companies like USPS, DHL, UPS, & other major companies.

What are your shipping methods?
All orders are shipped via USPS,UPS and DHL.

Normally, it takes between 24h business day to process and ship the orders with standard shipping. And all orders typically arrive in 4-9 business days (Excluding holidays and weekends). Your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout. We do our best to ensure all orders to be delivered in a timely manner. Please note that shipping may take longer during the holidays.

Package will be delivered with in 14 days maximum time frame Incase of any problem in transit.

Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable. incase of any return or refunds in future, but the return cost is free for US orders other than sale items When [ exchange occurs ] instead just Return.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We will send a confirmation E-mail to your account associated E-mail once the order is placed successfully. And you will also receive a shipping E-mail with tracking information when your order is shipped out. Please allow 24-48 business hours for the tracking number to activate.

What can I do if I receive incorrect or damaged order?

If you are sent by incorrect or damaged merchandise, please contact our customer service with your order number and pictures and video of the received items as well as the code on the tag of the items you received. That Proof will help us to solve your problem with the order ( Never Happened yet don't worry we check 3 times before sent the package to logistics service) 

Please note that loose or excess threads and irregular prints are not considered faults as these are often natural results of the manufacturing process. Actual colors may vary because of the difference in screen resolution, which could not be considered as faulty of the merchandise

What do I do if I do not have my package but the tracking says it was delivered?

If the tracking information for your package says delivered and you have not received it, please contact the local courier to check it first. If the order has not been found, please email our customer service and we will assist you as soon as possible.
