Do I need to register to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save addresses, track orders, and enjoy a faster checkout next time.

How do I place an order?

  • Select your item, size, and quantity.
  • Click "Add to Cart".
  • When ready, click the bag icon (top right) and then “Securely Checkout.”
  • Complete payment — you’ll receive a confirmation email instantly.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also check the status anytime in My Orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it’s likely been processed and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do worldwide Shipping,

Your package will reach your place quickly in this world wherever the logistics and post office service is available on but please check your country rates on our checkout page, where it's processed by Logistics companies like USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, & other major companies.

Shipping Methods & Times

  • Standard Shipping: $8.99 | 5–14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: $29.00 | 4–8 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $149.00

Processing Time: 1–4 business days. Handmade or made-to-order items may take slightly longer.

We do our best to ensure all orders are delivered promptly. Please note that shipping may take longer during the holidays.

Who delivers my order?
We partner with trusted global couriers like USPS, ROYAL MAIL, UPS, DHL, and more based on your region.

What if my item is delayed or missing?
If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local courier or neighbors. Still no luck? Contact us at support@aclosy.com — we’ll assist you ASAP.

 

📦 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns and free size exchanges for eligible US orders (excluding sale items). Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Please note that loose or excess threads and irregular prints are not considered faults, as these are often natural results of the manufacturing process. Actual colors may vary because of the difference in screen resolution, which cannot be considered as fault of the merchandise

Return Window: 14 days after delivery
Non-returnable: Lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, sale items (for hygiene & clearance reasons)
Return Shipping:

  • USA: Free for exchanges, T&C Apply
  • All other countries: Return shipping at your expense

How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email support@aclosy.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Code on the item’s tag (helps us validate authenticity)

Do you support EU Consumer Rights?
Yes, we honor the 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them.

What should I know about sizing?
If unsure, feel free to contact our support team before ordering. We’re happy to offer sizing advice based on your measurements.
