WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

We typically process returns/exchanges within 48 hours upon receiving your package.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Refunds are reflected to your bank by the method customer used to pay on Aclosy(i.e. credit card or Debit card, Paypal), Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

EXCHANGE

  • Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
  • We Mail you the return to address via email.
  • Once your return item is reached our warehouse, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost [ Incase EXCHANGE ] or we will issue your refund [ Incase REFUND ] what ever customer requesting.


REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
All refunds are subject to a $0.00 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Health Safety
Many countries have reduced flights because of COVID-19, your packages maybe take longer to deliver as normal, but we will do our best to ship your order earlier. We beg for your understanding.

 

Payment Confirmation

  • Once the payment is verified, the order can be change within 24hr Period of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing
  • It normally takes 2 business days but currently we take 24h to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
  • It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
  • Orders will be dispatched from warehouse once it verify and complete the quality check process [ it takes 24hr only ]
Shipping
  • Shipment takes approximately 4 to 15 business days to reach destination address.[ Maximum period of time] but usually it take 8 business days to reach the customer address 
  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with an International e-packet tracking number and Local USPS Tracking code will be sent to you.
  • Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Delays
  • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
  • Usually, it takes about 10 days in some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy.
  • Please submit a ticket within 15 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 8 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
